Conquest Steel & Alloys provides superior X120Mn12 Manganese Steel Plates that have extreme hardness, excellent wear resistance, and high manganese content. With around 11-14% manganese, these plates are ideal for high-impact and abrasive conditions, where regular steel plates cannot perform.
X120Mn12 is a non-magnetic austenitic steel which work-hardens quickly under impact or abrasion and hardens from 180–220 BHN to over 500 BHN. It thus has ideal properties for use in components subjected to constant shock, impact, or pressure in mining, railway, earthmoving, and construction industries.
