This Return & Refund Policy stipulates the terms according to which returns and refunds are accepted on our website – Conquest Steel & Alloys.

Eligibility for Returns

We provide returns in the following terms:

• The delivered product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
• Products need to be returned within 7 days from delivery.
• The product should be new, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Special fabrication orders or custom-cut sizes are non-returnable, except if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Return Process

To request a return:

• Reach out to our customer care at info@conqueststeelalloys.com with your order number, product information, and the reason for return.
• Our support team will review and grant a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
• Send the product back to our return address with the RAN mentioned clearly.
• Make sure the item is safely packed so no more damage is caused.

Inspection & Approval

After the returned product is received:

• It will be checked by our Quality Control team.
• If approved, you will be sent an email confirmation for the refund or replacement process.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made using the original payment method:

• Bank Transfers or NEFT: 5–7 business days
• Credit/Debit Cards: 7–10 business days
• In the event of store credits or replacement, we will arrange according to your choice.

Non-refundable shipping costs except in case of error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received the wrong item or damaged item:

• Notify the problem through photo evidence and video proof within 48 hours of receiving.
• Your item will be replaced or refunded once the issue has been reported.
• We will provide a replacement, full refund, or store credit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders is possible prior to dispatch. Cancellations are not allowed after shipping. For customized products, cancellation is not possible after confirmation.
